All Sales Are Final

All of our products are made to order. Orders are sent to production shortly after purchase. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund orders once they have entered production.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for sizing issues, color preferences, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review product details and size guides carefully before completing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you covered.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility and either send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Orders Not Received

If you have not received your order:

• Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• We will investigate the issue and determine eligibility for a replacement
